The hotel had excellent bathrooms and rooms that were spacious and stylish. Its location was convenient, being close to Cochabamba and Torotoro National Park. Additionally, it was situated in the heart of Jackson.

The hotel is in a particularly good location in the middle of jackson. And it's nestled in a nice building right by Cochabamba.

Everything was brand-new with new-fashioned rooms. the staff was very amiable and wonderful. - Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. - Breakfast with juices and baked goods, for example.

The hotel was wonderful and stunningly beautiful. It had a marvelous location next to Torotoro National Park and Cochabamba. - the room had a view. - Coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were available upon arrival.

Our room was pretty spacious, and the design was on point, plus we had a nice view. the staff here were super helpful, like really, really went out of their way to assist us 🌟.

The maintenance of certain structures throughout the hotel, such as stained drapes and cracked floor tiles, could be improved.

After our trip to Torotoro national park, we stayed at this wonderful and modern hotel. The lobby and common area were inviting, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of fruits, juices, and baked goods. The modern and nicely furnished rooms were quiet, offering a good night's sleep. The value for the price was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this property.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel had a nice location close to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary toiletries which was a nice touch.

The room was not up to par. The bathroom was poorly maintained and had broken towel holders and toilet paper holders.

The rooms were spacious, comfy beds, excellent showers, clean, lovely pool with attentive staff.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre provided an incredible massage that left me feeling relaxed for days. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were exclusive amenities that I absolutely adored. the restaurant had a wide range of special diet menus, which was a huge plus for me.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the sauna wasn't functioning properly. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was friendly and prompt in addressing the situation.
